BESCA

Part L of the latest building regulations states that any work which affects the energy status of a building should be notified to Building Control. This means any installation of new or replacement heating, air-conditioning, ventilation or hot water equipment is notifiable. As members of BESCA, we can self-certify our installations without the need to directly involve Building Control.
